SMOKE BBQ AT LET'S GO HYDRO
The barbecue restaurant inside Carryduff's water park and glamping resort.
Smoke BBQ at Let's Go Hydro
Smoke BBQ at Let’s Go Hydro is our smokehouse restaurant, sitting just inside the resort at 1 Mealough Road, Carryduff. If you have been on the aqua park, the padel courts or the Hydro Circuit and you are trying to work out where to eat, you are already here.
We are a specialist barbecue restaurant in our own right, open to resort guests and to anyone driving out from Belfast for dinner.

We are inside the Let’s Go Hydro grounds at Knockbracken Reservoir, a short walk from the main resort areas. There is free parking on site, so if you are coming just for the food you do not need to worry about the wider resort at all.
You do not need to be doing an activity or staying over to eat with us. Plenty of our customers come out from South Belfast purely for the barbecue.

Food Worth Coming Out For
Everything is cooked low and slow over real fire. Brisket comes out with a dark bark and a proper smoke ring, pork is pulled by hand, and the ribs are cooked until they give without falling apart entirely.
Around those sit smoked chicken, stacked burgers, loaded fries and sides that hold their own. It is generous, honest food in a room with exposed brick, wood beams and the smell of the smokers running through it.
Book a TableAfter a Day at the Resort
If you have spent the day on the water or on the courts, this is a straightforward answer to the question of dinner. Nobody has to get back in the car, and the food is substantial enough to match how hungry a day at the Hydro makes people.
It works for families, for groups and for anyone staying in the pods, huts or domes who would rather not cook. Bookings are worth making in advance, particularly at weekends.
